Graduating at the top of her class with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Fashion Merchandising from the University of Minnesota, Faith has been the manager of multiple departments at Dayton's. She also created and instructed courses in etiquette for Marshall Fields and the Omni North Star Hotel. In addition, she is a talent manager, representing a 17 year-old singer who won on "Star Search" and opened for Jewel. Faith is a professional model, former dance studio owner for 15 years, and one of the original Minnesota Vikings cheerleaders. Faith was Miss St. Louis Park 1970 and Mrs. Minnesota 1985. Faith is the
owner and director of Premiere Modeling School, located in St.
Louis Park, which she founded in 1982 (approved by the Minnesota
Department of Education).
She is also the founder and director of "Pageantry Against
Cancer" benefiting the American Cancer Society. "YOU GOTTA HAVE FAITH" has been this accomplished pageant coach's motto for almost a quarter of a century, producing two in the "top three" at Miss Teen USA in the past three years. Faith Schway trained Vanessa Semrow to become the Wisconsin winner and ultimately Miss Teen USA 2002. In 2004, she discovered Helen Salas, who became Miss Nevada Teen USA and second runner-up to Miss Teen USA on national television. Neither Vanessa or Helen had even been in pageants before.She also trained Miss North Dakota USA 2004. Faith is credited will coaching 8 consecutive years of winners in this pageant. A former Mrs Minnesota-America, she has been the director of the Mrs. Minnesota-America Pageant since 1990 and the Mrs. Georgia-America Pageant since 2002. She has trained winners too numerous to list in many different pageant systems. Faith works
tirelessly for her clients, paying attention to every last detail.

Faith
Schway, School Director, has numerous credentials in the areas
of modeling, self-improvement, and pageants. She founded the Premiere
School in 1982 and created its children's, teen, and adult programs
aimed at self-improvement, professional modeling, and confidence
building.
